I purchased (for a number of RRFers) replacement screws that drop right in the holes on the new high gains. I haven't done the mod yet but if any of the others will chime in and vouch for its success, I will send you some of my left over stock. It will save you the dremel step.

If they drop into the holes, they're too small. They must thread into the holes.

drop in = thread
