I was in the Oakland area (near the airport) not too long ago with a co-worker. The gal at the hotel recommended a place right down the road for some good Italiano. We asked for an order of garlic bread topped with mozzerella - they didn't have mozzerella in the place!

Say what??!?!???!? No Mozzerella? My wife is half Italian, she uses garlic and mozerella in just about everything!
Back to the Pizza Hut thing, when I was in Germany (20 years or so ago), I found it interesting that a lot of the people I knew there thought the distinctive shape of the building roof was supposed to be a hat, because of the name - Pizza Hut in German translates to Pizza

I didn't know if you could even find mozzarella in Montana!

Yeah, but to get the good stuff we've got to drive a few hundred miles. It's kind of amazing what can be found around here, she actually managed to find some real prosciutto the other day...

Ya know, that's how we pronounce it too, the "e" is silent...
