No, all three are of the same pinstripe binding 4003.

So how did one obtain a Black/Black 4003 with the pinstripe binding? Was it an option for a time? Or were they a limited production run? Or a one-off?

I've always called it "doublebound".

Did I just spot another on eBay? Is this binding only rare on Jetglo?

No, it's just rare. I've never seen it on Mapleglo like that. Interesting!
