Here's my '75 4001. It wasn't cared for by previous owners and the finish isn't in great condition but it's still a fine instrument.

Peter, it looks like this :lol:

However, I was just holding the bass, not trying to smash it anywhere. The cloth in the floor under the instrument proves my good intentions :lol:

and yes, John Entwistle had a 4005 mapleglo just like mine (now owned by Simon Mole) and a 4005 Light Show also
