Well, we've hit 'the big time'...Fox News' local station, KDVR, did a story on us last night. The video is from our hits a couple of weeks ago:
http://www.kdvr.com/videobeta/?watchId= ... c664780b9a

But wait, it gets weirder...the cameraman whose idea it was to ride along with us that night invited us to crash the News at the end of the broadcast. The KDVR webpage had the video evidence of it up last night, but has since killed it (maybe they didn't want to show their anchors that 'loosened up'), but we brought our own 'guerilla videographer', and now it belongs to the world:

Here's a still shot:

Twenty-five years playing music in this town, and I 'couldn't get arrested here'...now, maybe, I can...

Dane, I wish I'd known you were involved. I saw this on the news and was into the idea just because of the Boba Fett mask, but Channel 9 was way too cryptic with their teaser so I had no idea what the whole project was about. Give me a heads up if you're going to be doing this kind of stuff in Cap Hill soon.

Hey, Joshua (and anyone else in the Mild High City)...we'll be hittin' the MCA Denver (Museum of Contemporary Art, 1485 Delgany St.) next Friday, Oct 1 at 8 pm. Come on down, and if you do, definitely say hi. It would be great to meet you. There have been rumors flying around that there will be some sort of 'junkyard' band from Boulder crashing as well, and we may even have a face off with our 'arch rivals', the Itchy-O Marching Band, if they're brave enough to show. Should be pretty hilarious no matter what.

I'll be there with my new painted logos on my bass drum heads:

What fun...I haven't painted a drum head since I played in the Sun Devil Marching Band at ASU 37 years ago...

That drum head looks truly awesome. I'll try to make it--it's on my calendar.

Boba Fett used to be my favorite Star Wars character.
