Well..we record the song on the 24th of the month...
Many cool titles..may have to do a whole cd of this style :D
There are several contenders including one from a band mate...won't be long now...

Thanks to everyone who submitted a title!!!!!! Great stuff..special merit award to the good Doctor and to Peter as their entries while we thought a bit too long for a song title, would both make killer movie titles!
We decided on "Laredo Sunset" which we sorted out at practice this week.
We'll be recording the basic tracks fro the new cd next Thursday and mixing soon thereafter so all who entered can expect a download of the song very soon. Please pm me with what email address you would like sent to.

We spent the day in the studio yesterday..recorded a total of 13 tracks. Laredo Sunset came up about five hours in,,took me three or four takes to get my fingers to work on the baritone guitar after playing a Jaguar all day. For the final/keeper take our producer turned off all the lights save for a string of red rope lights around the ceiling..I think the mellowness helped my fingers to relax :lol: and we finished the basic track.
