My son loves it and is very, very good at guitar. I Played bass, on Easy, and found it mind-numbing. I'd rather watch the videos that accompay the tracks. All I can say is, if John, Paul and George had been limited to guitars with five buttons, we wouldn't have Rock Band.

Picked up Beatles Rockband in anticipation as we are buying the kids a Nintendo wii for christmas.
Looking forward to it, however, Rockband or their manufacturers have decided, in their infinite wisdom, NOT to release the Rickenbacker or Gretsch in Australia. Down here we can only, limitedly, get the hofner bass and the drumkit.
"It's not fair mummy, i wanted the Rick!"
Anyone know of the price in the States for these controllers?

Strangely enough, the original price is in Australian Dollars, perhaps the seller is in Australia even though they claim to be from the states and you could save on shipment....

Thanks Gil & Kira. Saw the rick on ebay tonight, the killer is postage, he's asking AU$75.00 on top of the AU$115.00 sale price. May just have to go with a generic guitarhero axe!
