Thanks Dane! I'm a big fan of polar exploration and it's nice to see some genuine photos of the way life was 30 years ago. Of course, Shackleton et al., didn't have Telecasters to pass the time.

You're fortunate that you have hard memories of those times. I truly wish that I had committed some of the sights I saw and things I did in my younger days on photographic paper!

Mind you, I have a number of 8mm and Super 8mm movies that I should convert to DVD.........
