A Double-Bound version of a C63 6-string would be awesome, but my hopes aren't very high - in a recent post, JH stated that the backlog is still quite large...!

I agree, with the backlog what it is and no end of it in sight, I dont think there will nothing new unvieled, and by new I mean something totally new, no fancy 4003's or reissues, Im talking a totally new bass and or guitar, however I would at least like to see them offer some more standard color options and im not talking COY that would cost about $300.00 more than a standard color axe, it would be nice if they gave us more standaed color options than the same 4 colors available, would like to see Turqouise, White, red, even a cool yellow added to the standard colors offered, its just a thought that I know I would really appreciate, come on, throw us a freakin bone here.

+1. As an owner of red and turquoise Ricks (and now Blue Boy :D ), and one who's dreaming of another in either a soft butter yellow, or even a bright hot rod yellow, I'm with you on that. :) The only color I really like that's available right now are MID, JG, and the trans finishes on the 4004 series. It would be cool if those were available on some of the guitars. I would love to have matching 381s in one of the Trans finishes. MG just isn't rock n' roll enough for me.
