A couple of questions keep being mentioned, so I'll clear them up here.

Firstly: This offer, like the other 2 CD's, is open worldwide. It's my pleasure to share these things around the globe.

Secondly: It's very kind of you all to offer to reimburse postal costs, but there is really no need.
I've had things sent to me by some very kind and wonderful people on here, and it's my pleasure to give a little bit back.
A quick PM to let me know that you've received the CD would be great.
I also love to hear your thoughts on the collections too, good or bad.

I seem to remember that even the one that got through to you had been opened.
They must have taken one look at it and said "Nah, let it go through, we've already got that!"
