Looks like a great time! Sounds pretty good too, especially for a phone cam!
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Very positive feedback from the staff at this particular R.S.L club. So much so, that they are considering offering us regular Friday night spots.
Trotty on drums was the crowd favorite, considering most of the people there that know him had no idea he was a drummer. They had only seen him as a guitarist, he blew everyone away.
The great aspect of it all was that the hard work we have all put in over the past 6 months, since the bands inception, really paid off. The feeling amongst the members of the band was that it worked very well.
Sure there were a few clangers, goes with the territory, but "77 Sandman" impressed!
Re: '77 Sandman debut gig
Of course the major highlight of the night was having my 2 daughters able to make the trip down from Far North Queensland for the party.
I don't get to see them much at all, probably once a year if i'm lucky. Sarah made a speech for her Dad's 50th that brought a tear to my eye, and i think to Trotty's.

Thanks for your thoughts, Joey. It's been a tremendously busy few months with very little "down time". I'm hoping to be more active on our beloved Forum from here on in!rickenbrother wrote:Very cool Greg! Congrats on the debut gig!![]()
