BIG +1 on that. I mean, that's why they're special, right? The vast, vast majority of their songs contains at least one of those moments that nearly makes you weep.
"Lady Madonna": the propulsive rhythm stops and those harmonies hit on "See how they run." (And lo, E.L.O. was born...)
"Paperback Writer": at :07, after the vocal intro, when the rock kicks in.
"She's Leaving Home": the self-absorbed voices of the parents in the backing vocals
"And I Love Her": in the bridge, how we seem to get stuck in that dark couplet of "could never die / as long as I" and then the B comes at the end, on "have you near me," and we are safe again.
...and the thing is, except for "And I Love Her,"
these aren't even my favorite Beatles songs. And they all contain magic.

The bridges to "I Feel Fine" and "No Reply".....the entire song "Rain".....the guitar solo on "Nowhere Man".....
wait......the first inhalation of breath on "Girl"......the bridge to "Yes It is"......guitar solo on "Don't Bother Me"
Lennon's falsetto at the end of "It's Only Love"......
