Hey, they've heard my ham-handed "playing" and I'm still allowed to attend! Right?!?!?

Dang! If this was in Cleveland I could do it. But the time of year and travel typically doesn't work well with me. :( In fact, I might be playing out that night. I met a lot of nice people at the first RIO (and their Rics :D) that I hope to someday see again.

I wasn't the one who called it GilFest :) I simply wanted to take advantage of my trip to the other side of the globe and meet fellow forumites :)

We first need to check dates with Gil. I am about a 15 minute drive from downtown Milford, so if we do it near here that leaves more time for Gil to be with family on this short visit.
Works for me and makes a lot of sense. A restaurant for dinner anyway might be best too - definitely easier.

Detroit's do-able for me - just need the dates! I can probably bring one bass over the boarder - Gil's choice!

Oh I understand and have no doubt that's how you all are. But I might just be interested in soaking up the experience and meeting
more forum members. Every one I have met so far has been wonderful. I might be convinced to pick up a bass I guess. And be happy
to bring along any that I have. The most interesting being my 8 string conversion from Dane.
