This one I almost never use. I feel like it's dissaproving over something (post, action) in a very patronizing way. If it would dissapear from the smilies list I wouldn't feel 
And if I use this
it usually means "boy I'm not going to say anything, I might hurt your feelings".I always used this one
to indicate an idea but some people use it to moon someone as it resembles that 
because there's just nothing else left.
