Compared to what? Without a reference point or color standard, color comparisons and descriptions are vague at best.

I'm a commercial photographer by profession, heavy into digital color management. In my world, skies are cyan.
) would say, "In my world, the sky is in the rage of 450-490 nanometers... Worked for Visual Productions pro photo lab in San Diego long ago and one of my jobs was to color correct.
