I don't know if it has true bypass but I used to have a TC Electronic SCF.

BTW, Tom is right about many of those true bypass switches failing.

True bypass, like a lot of audio "technologies" is highly overrated...

My Ibanez CF7 sounds the best of the 5 (including an EH) that I tried in my home situation. Still available and not expensive. Flanger's not too bad either. Oh and not true bypass either.
