Interesting that you seem to buy and sell an awful lot of instruments here, I am curious as to how and why you do so if money is so tight?

If that was just a point you were making, then then was no need for the, "This isn't a Peavey friendly place" comment. And I know the pain of selling something you don't want to part with as well as missing something you didn't realize you'd miss so much when you sold it, like the 330 that I had!
With all due respect Joey, please don't judge me and tell me what I need or don't need to say, by picking apart my post. Tony understood the point, and that's all that matters since my point was indirectly directed at/to/for him!

Not sure why I'm even responding to this, but taxes are due. Made the decision not to go in debt to pay the IRS. If I
buy a bass, like this one, then it stands to reason I need to
sell one to keep from going into debt. I have also sold some for other folks as well.

Thanks for your response, Jack, I was just curious, it looks like you have/had a rather massive collection you've built up over the years; a shame they most must go for IRS needs.

You directed the "This isn't a Peavey friendly place" remark to everyone that visits this forum!

Jeffrey,
Like I said, they weren't all mine. Some were sold for local folks who either didn't have time or didn't want to take time to sell them on line. The midnight blue listed is the one I am selling to buy Tony's. The fireglo was sold internationally and came back undeliverable. Had to refund the buyer's cash and definitely can't afford to keep more than one Ric right now and go into debt to pay Uncle S. Had to sell my Peavey for tax purposes. That one hurt the most for me personally.
I see you are from Ohio. Where at? Born and raise in Dayton/Huber Heights.
Jack

Was that an untruth? Maybe I should have said, "I understand this isn't a place where Peavey topics are welcome, however in order to collaborate the pain of selling a favorite bass I want to share my 'favorite bass story'............... " Would that have been more politically correct?
It also is interesting to me, that you seem to be the only one that is disturbed by my post and seemed to have missed the main point.......initially.

You missed my point Jack, you could have just said it hurt to sell your Peavey. You didn't have to make it sound like the RRF is anti Peavey.
We're done here.
Congrats from all of us, Jack!
