I tried it out but it seemed a bit "dumpy"

Apparently the band originating this had a number two hit which made them S.O.L. when their shows went S.R.O.

So if it needs a setup do you call a Luthier or a Plumber?

Combining all the input from here and TB this is what I've come up with:

The Kohler Company has decided to venture into the music industry by introducing the Commode Bass Guitar!

Kohler has designed this bass for the men who are tired of reading all the time in their bathroom 'quiet time'. You can now play along with your favorite flatulence tunes!

Kohler was going to wait and release this product with their newly designed "Recliner Commode" that is currently in the final stages of production, but concluded that the demand for the guitar was imminent.

You can have this guitar for only $29.99! Order before March the first and get a free case of Charmin!

(American Standard also has a version out you can get for $19.99, a case of Charmin, and a 10% discount on their upcoming version of the Recliner Commode.

Specs and features:

1. It comes with a humbutter pickup and plenty of echoing sustain!
2. It comes with thin paper covers in case somebody sloppy played it before you.
3. It was built by Leo Ender.
4. This one's for people that REALLY have GAS.
5. "As seen on the Super Bowl!".
6. This guitar is for folks who play behind the beat.
7. You don't need to wipe it down after playing it - you just hang one of those blue things on it.
8. You play too many notes, it might back up on you.
9. Check out the 12 string version, just like the Tyrds used.
10. You can do some nasty runs on that bass.
11. It puts the "A$$" in 'bass'.
12. Badass bridge, drop tuning, and P/P pickups are optional.
13. You can dial in wet effects and also a more farty sound as well.

I think you probably will need to have both of them take a look at it!

It feels like there are a couple more nuggets to squeeze out....

--- A rented bass comes with a strip of paper that says, "Sanitized for your protection".
--- "No, the band doesn't do any Chuck Berry, but we do a couple from his brother, Dingle".
--- Also included is a special brush, for those hard-to-get rust stains.
--- "Hey! Some nearsighted drunk just barfed on my pickup!".
--- "As played by Loo Reed, Average Wipe Band, Spinal Crup, and the Dootie Brothers"

That's it. I'm cleaned out.

Wait, I don't really have a 'real' day job, unless you consider playing music a 'job'!
