The ear is amazing, but im afraid I have a hard fine tuning with it. A piano seems like a nightmare. I was wondering about a polytune and how good they are. May have to go try one out. As for the rackmount tuner it would be the lonliest rackmount piece in the world.

One of my DTR-1s share space with a Walter Woods Super amp. The one for sale used to share space with a Furman PQ-3 preamp/equalizer, but the PQ-3 is sold, hence the reason I am selling it, it is all packed up in it's original box, virtually brand new!

Actually they count the beats. It has nothing to do with pitch or tone.
