Hey all!

After a discussion with the admin (I contacted him, not he me), it was agreed that no pics will be posted. It was a very respectful, feel-good discussion on both sides. I completely understand the reasons for the admin's feelings on the topic, and enjoy RRF and all it has to offer, So I will not be stepping on any toes.

I don't believe it is my place to speak for the admin, so, accordingly, the specifics of that conversation will remain confidential on my side of things. I will not stir the pot on this.

Thank you all for your understanding (and your votes! ), and I apologize for effectively teasing you. I was probably out of line on this one and am solely to blame.

Hey all!

My wife is doing her 2nd pinup photo session on Saturday. For this one, she wants to include one of my Ricks! I'm having an awfully hard time deciding, so I would like your input. Please include reasons for your vote in your reply.

So, I ask you, should she be photographed with the 4003 or the 4001C64?

Edit: Don't worry; I will post a photo once they have been taken so that you may all drool over a hot girl with your favorite brand of instrument.

A friend of mine did a bass only calendar for 2011 and used a number of my basses for the shoot, (I got to be the photographer) and out of the Ric's her favorite was the C64, she said it just screamed Rock - n - Roll the way it looked..

Well, Lets say its a red outfit...
If it has white trim, 4003.
No trim, C64.

All in all, the C64 would just add class to it, it really shows that you appreciate rickenbackers, as oppose to the "normal" models.
