I'll be OK. Tripper had the best care possible, and his passing was completely peaceful. He started going downhill about a week ago, and by today he was too weak and tired to continue. He knew no fears or anxieties these last few months, and never lacked human contact. I'm at peace, too. Was a job well done.

He was so naturally sweet and affectionate that he made friends everywhere we went Plus he had that noble air that fine bred dogs have. He knew he was a prince and he took his role very seriously. But he was also a jester. The little clown filled my life with laughter.

You have my sincere sympathy, Kira. I know how much you guys loved each other and has been said previously, it really does feel like we've lost a member.

Kira, I am sorry to hear this.

I knew Tripper as "Chook" (long story), and he was very fond of our family, too. We are all saddened to ay goodbye to Tripper...Juliana and Trips had a special love for each other, too.

We'll miss the little guy, Kira.

I'll share with the group the comment I made to you yesterday, and say that God needed a very special dog for Madeleine to play with.

Gosh, Kira. Sorry to hear of Tripper's passing.

I met him at BARC (appropriate name) last summer and he was a very sweet guy.

Just seeing this now! I'm so sorry to hear about this, Kira. He was your loyal companion.
Tripper was a Trooper. I'm glad I got to meet him at BARC. I hope he's at peace in doggie heaven.

Sorry to hear about your pup... No doubt he had the most loving owner a dog could hope for.
