Trust me, you don't want to hear me play guitar. However, I do on the new Hautewerk CD that's in the works . . .
John,

, I think you'd be at least better than Leo Fender, who I hear couldn't even play.

I was on the payroll for quite some time, if that counts.

You bet it counts Kenny. Hautewerk is a great band. Are you and John still collaborating at all?

That's pretty awesome that some of the people built and played their own guitars...reminds me of the quote "if you didn't build it, then it isn't truely yours." I wonder if the bands at the Rickenbacker Christmas party has a loaded lineup?

The distance makes it a bit difficult to collaborate, unfortunately. However, I have asked him to play keyboards . . . and maybe more . . . on the new CD. One of the tunes on it, Standing Stone, actually came from a collaboration he and I were involved in prior to Hautewerk- which we never released.

All true. We need to carve out some time for that!

So glad to see that there's a new Hautewerk CD in the works! The first one continues to be a favorite of mine, and many of the songs turn up frequently on my iTunes playlists.
