I Agree with Paologregrio. ($1800-2000 range) For collectability, they are rare but can be found.
I owned both models and prefer the WB in comparison. Slightly heavier with a sweet tone and super neck.
Mine is a 1990 model with upgraded Toasters.
Alot of Rics have come & gone over the years, but I think I'm going to keep my WB.

OK, I bought it and I think it was a fair price in the end! I just have to wait for it to show up. I was going to convert my 330 into a 340 so I have the parts to do so, but now I think this 360 is going to become a 370 first. I'll do my 330 later!

Thanks for everyone's input, it helped me to jump off of the fence!

Number 5 and counting... the monkey on my back is getting bigger!

"The extra binding makes the guitar sound better, and the extra cool factor of the guitar makes me happier to play it, so I play better."

~agreed!

Thank Rich, but this is actually number two for me. I jump off the fence and into the club a while ago. My 12 string is a mint 87 360WB! I'm already in the club and love being there! I just needed the push to take the plunge on a second one!

Actually, I was in the club back in the 80's when I bought my first 360/12WB, but alas I had to sell that one a long time ago and left the club for many years.

For me, I like the binding on the face like my 620 has, so I would prefer the regular 360s to be bound on the face and not the back. It seems like a waist of binding to me when you can't really see it, and it also makes more sense to contour the back of the guitar for comfort rather than the front for "looks." I've always thought a double bound strat would be cool looking too--like Stevie Ray Vaughan had. I guess I'm just a sharp edge sort of guy rather than a rounded edge sort of guy.

BTW: I realize that the way they are constructed, with the panel being set into the back of the guitar, is the reason they are bound on the back as it is easier to bind the back since it is nice and square anyhow. So, yes, I know why it is done that way, but we aren't talking practical we are talking better looking, IMHO.

OK, I got this jewel (Jetglo 360WB) on Monday and I couldn't wait for a "real" gig, so I took it to open mic night tonight.

OMG! This is the nicest guitar I've ever played! I've never actually played a 360 that wasn't a 12 string before, especially to put one on stage. And, it sounded awesome too. Crisp and clean on a clean channel, and rippin' growly distorted. Great sustain. I can't brag it up enough. It made me play better too! I thought my 620 was cool, but this instrument buries it. Wow! We did While My Guitar Gently Weeps and it about made me tear up!

I'll try to get pics of my double bounds up soon!

WOW! Congrats. I need a JG WB; it's such a classic Rick color, and I have zero JG Ricks. . . and I only buy WBs.

I could see a FG WB going for less, since it's the most common finish, but any of the custom colors, or JG will go for more, I think.

There are pics of it in the registry here.
http://www.rickresource.com/register/vi ... ne%3Dtruee

First I am going to make this a 370. Then, eventually, I am also going to do this sort of thing to it as well, as far as the black with white trim pick guard and black TR cover.
http://www.rickresource.com/register/vi ... hp?id=2579

Although I haven't decided yet whether I will replace some or all of the hardware with black or not. I really like the "blackstar" idea, but still prefer the rosewood neck. And I really like the idea of the double bound with the multi-layer B/W/B/W/B pick guard. It should be an almost a Tron-like effect. 8)

Edit: Sorry, this is a picture of a Blackstar 360 prototype.
