i hate re-masters as they make something of what was not there in the first place. a lot of the times, these bands sounded poopy and thin to begin with, but that was not what it was about. it was the energy and ideas that made these bands great. i don't care if the vinyl sounds like bacon and eggs, i'm listening to the idea that was put down, not the quality. that's what i like about raw music.
