The pint-sized pop-hamster, aka Bieber, always sounds like a chipmunk - these young "artists" have to look cute, the rest is computer work!

Very true Werner. This little chap does a much better job of LIB (IMHO) and also manages to break my duck for my very first ever RRF pet reference...it's unreal.

Point taken. Ever since Robert Johnson sold his soul to the Devil down at the crossroads.... Of course, Johnson had chops to spare.
How's that for shock: Justin Bieber and Robert Johnson in the same posting.

Aye........ but there's no comparison. I could listen to Robert Johnson's work all day long. I've had enough after 5 minutes of listening to Bieber. Why serious musicians will cater to him is beyond my imagination.

Perhaps John, but I refuse to believe that we are all that shallow.

What really amazes/annoys me, is beeber fans will be saying, "Did you hear Justin's new song, Let it be? He wrote that!"

I couldn't stay past the first two lines. Sorry, but auto-tuning makes me ill. And without it he's William Hung...

Well I had to give the young lad a chance mate. He is from Canada after all. Let me tell you what my thoughts were after listening to snippets of perhaps ten of his songs on you tube.
If the music industry thinks you are great............that means they think they can make money from you and possibly your (manufactured) image.
If your peers think you are great............you probably are, but it is also likely that you will be a struggling musician all of your life.........simply trying to make ends meet.
The bottom line for a musician............somebody always wins, but it won't necessarily be you.
Don't ask me for my thoughts on Davy Jones comments that they should be in the RRHOF because they were a great band. People should stay away from any attempt at re-writing history in their favour.

I still think hes good. Listen to B-Harv on the bass, that is great sounding.
I'm a huge Beatle-Freak, so it would upset me if people thought he wrote the song.
