There's only three components (plus a handle). See that photo ---you're looking right at half of it.
It's two chrome pieces (one held on by strap button, the other held on by the strings), held together by a U-shaped spring with rubber pads on it. That's it...

John, I had that one for about 24 hrs. The music store didn't tell me that it had been routed for humbuckers. And yes, the surrounds were made of Maple, lol. In retrospect, I should've kept it.

90% of the Accent is the spring, the other half is the handle. Apologies to Mr. Berra...

Hi Larry,
According to Richard R. Smith's "The Complete History of Rickenbacker Guitars", the factory total in 1964 for Fireglo new style (rounded horns) 365's is 58 units.
Incidently, only 8 mapleglo's and 1 Jetglo were produced in 1964. Apparently, no other color options were produced for new style 365's for 1964.
