I guess I should clarify that my posting was in reference to those who applied stickers and then sold me their Rics

OK, I confess: I stickered my 320 once about twenty years ago. I went to a halloween party as JL, and the host had the sheets of colored 3/4 inch dots as party/ice breakers (stick them on someone, write a funny note, etc.). I put one of each color on each of the tops of the four main knobs of the 320, being careful not to get any on the body or neck of the guitar itself. The funny thing is that I left them on there for years! I finally took them off when I proceeded to rewire it with my mods.

Of course, being on the knobs, when the stickers did come off, they easily came right off with no residue, shadow, or blemishes.

what about my second question?
how to make the back of the neck less sticky? its gets sticky after some time of playing no matter how i clean it.

Well I will chime in with a similar response, Howard Feed-n-Wax, I use it on my natural wood necks and love the feel.
Pretty much Orange Oil and Beeswax.
