V63 or wait for a CS to come along....either one would be closer in sound and feel to what you seem to indicate you want...
Edit as opposed to a 4003....the c64 would still be a good choice,too!

I guess in the end the ability to "nail" Chris Squire tone will also depend on the particular bass. In my case my 2011 4003 is much closer to give me this CS tone than my v63 (which can give me something already close in the first place).

My 1990 4003 cannot give me this tone at all.
