Well, I'm surprised by the three man-months to program for a guitar, but you would know. Other than that, I don't think it's inconsistent with what I was saying. All in all, it sounds like it wouldn't be the enormous investment some have suggested.

I can fully understand why you'd make this comment with regard to a Capri reissue John. Clearly seems like a big job to me.

However, to swap the slash hole jig to an f-hole and use a C63 unbound neck with dot inlays (presumably less work than a bound neck with triangle inlays) would actually produce a 1993 reissue with no extra work/cost (and arguably less for the reason I mentioned) over a 360/12C63. It seems many of your loyal customers are waiting to buy one of these guitars. Perhaps you'd care to give your considered business judgement on that one.

That photo was from the Saturday evening concert at The Museum Of Making Music at NAMM headquarters, August 26, 2006, during the great RIC 75th Anniversary weekend celebrations. The museum is in Carlsbad, Ca.. south of RIC headquarters in Santa Ana.
