Unfortunately no. It arrived where I work today, but I took the day off. Too much to do to get ready for tomorrow's jam and a gig with Dirty Bison on Sunday.
That certainly is unfortunate. :( What a missed opportunity.
+1! :(

False alarm. The package that came for me Friday was work related. Glad I didn't rush there for nothing.

Okay, I have it now! 8)
I'll try it in 3 different bands this week. Too bad my next gig isn't until Sept 13.

If anyone was wondering why it took so long to get to Woody, he was away on vacation. So I waiting until he was home to accept it, before shipping it.

Yeah, we thought you were just having such a great time with it that you didn't want to give it up!

So, what are people's impressions so far? Or should we wait until a bunch more people have tried it so as to not influence anyone's opinions?

For a passive pedal with simple controls and a tiny footprint, I thought it was great for getting a boost or overdrive and back. It didn't mess with the tone of my Ricks or other bass guitars, like many active pedals do. Great for dynamics within a song or for different songs. I DIDN'T want to give it up, but I had to!
I'm considering getting one if the cost with shipping is reasonable, especially since I've been so busy with 3 bands. Maybe a 4th one soon.

Shipping from Australia to the States is usually very reasonable and Cave do not over inflate postage......

Okay,i have fiddled about with it,and I think we should rename this pedal "Little Wonder". It adds just a soupcon of grit and boost in a very musical way,and the fact that there's no power needed is a modern marvel. The case is also very cool, both for the tiny size of it,and the industrial-chic metal construction. I really like it! It isn't a raving hyperdrive type of unit, but it gives a tube-ish bit'o'grunge to basslines,i thought it sounded nice for bluesy playing, especially.

And i now have managed to upload a few quick demo videos to youtube on the "DeeshBassChannel". The videos are titled Cave Demo,Cave Demo II,and Cave Demo III. I am sure there is way to link that here, but i dunno what that is. ...anyone?
Also on that bat-channel,there are some older videos from my Snapshot band playing at a Christmas show,if yer intristed.
