I never knew my wish, a 24-fret 360 WB w/ bound slash hole in Burgundyglo with HBs looked like this! Thanks for opening my eyes Scotty

I do really like the vintage tuners on the smaller headstocks... Classic Rickenbacker..

Thanks for sharing the pics!

..completely agree Brian. Based on my experience of the Pearl Whites, the quality of the latest version of Kluson clones seems absolutely top notch too. Would be great to see the factory reintroduce these as standard tuners across all 6/12 string models as they now seem to have both great functionality, and that all important classic look.....what's not to like? :D

That makes three of us then. The look of the smaller headstock and vintage tuners is tough to beat.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Is it technically possible to set up some sort of "press a button" vote on the tuners Peter?

It would be really interesting to see the results if forum members could vote for either:

A) Maintain the status quo i.e. Schaller for 24 fret "modern" guitar lines and Kluson clones for Reissue/21 fret guitars, or

B) New improved Kluson clones for all lines

The attachment 360WB BG 82.jpg is no longer available

That's no dream guitar...needs full width shark's tooth inlays...and a different colour..and 21 frets....and three pick ups....something like this...(sorry the sound hole's not bound  )
