Those audio clips are a real testament to the Ric bass done right. Especially the neck pickup IMO... it's nice to see some "official" mention to its deep character and the many roles a Ric bass can play. I don't think I saw the word prog once!

Works on my PC, it even works on the MACs I have that are running Windows...

Well, not really. I know it's difficult for MAC-O-Philes to believe, but there are things Windows actually does better. Right now, at home, we've got 5 MACs and 5 PCs running on the network. Two MACs are running Windows because the software needed either doesn't work as well on the MAC or isn't available. A 3rd MAC is probably going to move to windows because it's a 32 bit machine and MAC has dropped support for 32 bit Intel processors. Adobe is also dropping support for MAC 32 bit, so if I want to run Photoshop CS6, I have to either buy a new MAC or run on Windows.

Anyway, enough of this, not trying to start a MAC/PC war here...

Not my intention, just a joke. :)

Since I have to use both quite often, I know this all too well. I am probably going to put Windows 7 on the MBP one of these days.

Dig those sweet Jazz pickups!

Not to hijack this thread today, but I came across it whilst in the middle of a four-month discussion with Microsoft over the lack of a "statutory holiday'" list in the "new and improved" Live Mail calendar that they pretty much forced home and student users into last year.... Reported to the Great Redmond Gods in late August, and today I got my third "rest assured we are working on it" note... sigh.

Sorry for the rant, but I'm kinda down on Microsoft right now...

Maybe we can go back to the BC world. Things seemed simpler, then.

Back on topic, I find the graphics on the cover of the Native packaging interesting, the bridge pickup surround of the bass is on upside down!
