Here's the best close-up I have of the treble PU on the MD JG: Seems to be the same as the LL PU.

zo...according to the register, and assuming that the pickups are original, the mag changeover was between jan. and feb. '73. moocho greasy arse for the homework.

Actually...The JG does look good. Now, how did that happen...

Bass Northwest has a JG 4000 on their website,that looks like the first Ric bass i bought in the 70's, because the yellowing clearcoat makes it look like a deep lagoon green. I really love the color.
