One thing to look at, too, is that these companies were sold to Fender, so the creators of the company got their buyout. In my mind, whatever Fender wants to do is up to them. If they take the technology, if there is a market for it, they can market the tech as Fender and it will still be available. If there is no market demand for the technology they bought, then they will leave it and move on.

As long as old Ampeg SVT's are still available I couldn't care less if they all went out of business

, I do like Gallien Krueger amps though.

I understand old SVTs are being recycled into PF series amps.

They tried it Jeffrey but the heads kept crushing the speaker cabs.
