We have been dealing with snow in the Pacific NW, which takes folks in this area by surprise every time. Personally, I've been in the process of acquiring a new (to me) string bass, and its been taking up my time. New strings, set-up, etc. I'm really looking forward to gigging on it...its a five stringer and there are low Db's coming up tomorrow night that will be loads of fun to play and hear. I do the FB versions, but still come here ... why? because it's fun and the folks a pretty damned cool! I just haven't had much time as of late to participate like I used to.

I liken it to being at a big party where there are a lot of people you don't know, talking about a lot of stuff you don't care about...
