I am sure this has been mentioned before but I saw Part 2 last night and it only had a tiny clip with the Gryphon Guitars chap talking about them. Was the factory tour (which i will watch by clicking on the links above) on Part 3 or something?

No. Probably for reasons of time, they edited everything down to the segment you saw plus the online-only bonus content, as linked to above.
