The guy's a TROLL

A troll. Why thank you kindly mr Martian. My second thoughts were to mention my 2012 360 mg but after seeing the ric o defence system on this forum I hesitated. Anyway, Here's my peace. My 76 481 is fine but slightly worn guitar of the highest quality! My 89 620/12 after ironing out intonation hassles is a guitar any luthier would be proud to have made. My 07 330/12 is a good player but clear finish checking is serious but cool looking. Something else I love about these guitars is the way they're signed by proud workers.(under scratch plates etc. it looks like a 3 year old named Edward with a mix of upper and lower case letters scribbled on this with a large ball point pen. My 2012 360 was nearly right except the pearly mapleglo finish is wonderfully pearly and that when it came brand new the nut and bridge were cut so that high and low e strings were almost off each side of the fretboard. Just silly details I suppose. So I now think I may be better buying used rics of yesteryear. Thank you for listening. P.s. is a troll a friendly familiar term in the United States or some kind of racial or derogatory comment about my height or colour of my skin?

Maybe where you are but certainly not around here.

It describes someone who writes messages designed to get a rise out of people. Coming to
this forum and making threads to tell people that their guitars are "low quality" is not what I would call tactful. Quite frankly if you made this kind of thread almost anywhere else you probably would've recieved a much more substantial verbal assault than the simple dismissal you recieved here. Your sweeping generalizations about an entire decade of instruments are not wanted.

All is good.

Something that separates (for good or bad) this particular website from many others is that it is supposed to be about the
celebration of all things Rickenbacker, so most of us here try to partake with that spirit in mind.

Well, while this forum certainly is intented to rather attract Rickenbacker lovers as opposed to sceptics, I think it is totally ok to point at issues with Rickenbacker instruments. However, the initial submission to this thread did not point at anything...
