I was thinking about this. That's probably why the rules refer specifically to comments that are personal opinions. I think you'd be fine pointing out discrepancies in how an item is represented because in that case you would be discussing the facts of the item in question rather than your opinions.

Anyways, i should've known this thread's topic would be covered in the rules. You guys are so thorough.
