Maybe a 20 radius. It does have a little bit.

Nut with 1 5/8
12th fret 1.916

The radius on the fret board is very flat, I would guess a 16.

The profile like all Rics varies. But on a 72 it is less than a inch .9ish. The profile does not change much as you go down the neck.

Thanks. This is the info I needed. And thanks, jcreasy for the offer, and all the other responses. Working on the road and not at my computer lately to respond. Was playing with some friends this past weekend, brought my Yamaha SBG100, and they were amazed at how well it played and how thin the neck is. I guess I developed that thin neck preference from my old 480.
