This is a shout-out to Frank Pistorio for amazing customer service and standing by his warranty. I bought a treble bezel in 2011. It had to be a custom fit because my '73 4001 has the large "transitional" pickup. I've been very happy with the product all these years, but over time the bezel developed a sticky finish. Frank just replaced it for me, under warranty, for no charge, including (once again) a special fitting for my oddball pickup.
