Go to the 'Rickenbacker Register' tab at the top of the page. Click on it and the register will open. Hover over the 'Register Menu' tab and choose 'Add New Record'. Then fill in the details and submit. This will then go for approval by the mods and appear on the registry when approved.

You have to be signed in to do all this, by the way.
