I run D'Adderio EXL220-5 (round wounds) on my 4003s5. It too is a .125 B string. Nice crisp and clear but will rattle the walls as well.
"...or the magnets are cactus." Is that what Ric is putting in those newfangled pickups? Magnetic cactus?!? What'll they think of next? Does that give the tone a Southwestern feel?
