Dave I walked into the Com. ave GC in 2001 one day and bought a 78 Azureglo 4001 in really nice shape and a like new 2000 Sea Green 4003, that was a great day. they had at least ten Ric basses there that day, all the way back to 1973. Go in there now, nada.

Ron said ".... You know, that bass is a piece of **** anyway, have you tried this Squier P-bass? It's really cool!"

The sales drone probably owns a Squier P-Bass. This leads me to wonder if he could even afford a Ric.

The local GC is a waste. They only carry one or two Ric guitars at a time and no basses. They also still do the separate case scam. I won't buy from them any longer.
