Dean...in case your still interested...here's the bass specs from the fender manual...string height at the 17th fret:
strings 1-4: 3/32" (2mm) +/- 1/64"
pickup height: American/Mexican Std. bass side 6/64" treble side 5/64"...there was an earlier thread on this subject and Mr. Hall sent me an email on the Rick specs, which I posted...I can't remember the name of the thread though!! Anyway, it sounds like your close to getting your bass at your optimum setup...good going...dm
