It's a lot more than nice! It's breathtaking. Nice to hear that it's accurate in that the controls run backwards!

Joe, the single line Klusons really look nifty. Very sharp. Wonderful Ric.

Joe,
Why only an 8?
What have you played that rates a 10?

Thanks Joe and Pat. This is the look that started it all for me as far as the Rickenbacker 12 string is concerned.

Wow...that is beautiful. Thanks for the pics, guys. Mine is *sigh* on order, so it'll be awhile. (Anybody know if Gary at NCM takes bribes? Goats, gold bullion, 1st-born male children...? Just asking...)

it get's a 10 for playability.

It gets an 8 for not being 100% historically accurate (non-nickel tuners, non-cloth loom with blue caps, modern plexi, neck pup position drilled for long poles)
I dont think Gary accepts Goats lol I had 3.5 year wait

Joe, what did you mean by 'tone pot's werks backwards'?

The tone pots are wired (and work) in a counter-clockwise fashion, the opposite of the volume pots. This was generally the way that Rickenbackers were configured until around late 1963-early 1964, when the change was made so that all the pots worked the same way, clockwise.

Joe, I have owned some Rickenbackers that pre-date 1963-64 that didn't have cloth insulation on the wiring, and everything was unaltered. I do understand where you are coming from though, I've seen it both ways myself.
