Hi Sean, I have a 370/12, and I love it!
Be sure to try out different Ric 12's if you can to see what fits you best. The 370/12 strings are close together which is a problem for some folks. I've heard the 660/12 strings are spaced farther apart, (Correct me if I'm wrong guys) but I've never played one of those.
Welcome to the wunnerful world of Rickenbackers!

Go with your hands and fingers when deciding on a Ric 12....660 or a 300 series. If you need more width, go with the 660. I just like the 360's...and welcome BTW, Sean

Oh, the humanity!!! My 360 wasn't delivered today...that means Monday before I see my baby. An entire WEEKEND! I don't know if I can take it...
David, that's an absolutely beautiful 370! I've played a 360/12, and didn't have that much of a problem with the string spacing, though it was a pretty tight fit. I'd like to try a 660 to see if the spacing makes that big of a difference to me.

It's HERE!!! Later delivery than normal, apparently. Of course, I'm still at work and won't be able to see it for another few hours. I don't know if I can make it...

Drugs might help.
And they'll be cheaper, too.

Well, I do work at a pharmacy. Maybe I can find something.

Do what I do - assume the foetal position on the floor, rock back and forth and suck your thumb and moan for a while. It helps!

Howard, what other deep dark secrets would you care to share with us?
On second thought, never mind.

Occasionally I put on a tutu, climb onto the garage roof and ........ Oops, you said 'never mind'!!

Alright, it's here, and I love it. It's a bit hard to play at the moment, as it has flatwounds with a wound G on it, but it sounds amazing. I couldn't be happier.
Let's see if I can get a picture to work...

Thanks, Mick.
From the decoder on Bjorn Eriksson's page, it looks like it was made in June 1990.
Such a cool guitar! I can't get over how unique it is compared to the normal Fender/Gibson designs. Truly an original, my hat's off to the folks at Rickenbacker.

Yeah, Sean! And you'll find that the further you get "into" Ricks, the more there is to discover and marvel over!
