either my 1964 beat-up Gibson EB2 - because you can lay whole city blocks to waste with it - or my very first decent bass, a 1979 Ibanez Musician EQ. It isn't pretty (it gives "brown" a bad name) but the action is minuscule, the tone awesome and the sonic range covers every other bass I've ever played. But no girl will ever fancy you for playing one, so it doesn't get out much. Now, a jetglo 4003 with black scratch/trc, that's different..... :D

Guild Starfire (with Hagström bi-sonic pups) or J-bass (boring but handy tool). Gibson EB0 would be nice too....and Tonika!

the only other real bass i have owned was a 5 string musicman, it was awesome. i didnt like the 5th string, tuned EADGC, and wished it was a four and fretless.

That Warwick looks way cool.... even nicer than a Lakland Hollowbody....

Hmm...I've only just noticed the Lakland Hollowbody has very 4001esque pickup placement....

It is when you look at the price tag.
Can we have everything louder than everything else?
