Okay, it is now officially written in stone:

We're booked for Saturday, the 24th of July, from 12 noon to 8 PM at Music Spectrum Studios here in San Rafael. We've got both rooms, one of which comes with a drum kit and PA for the jamming and/or special guests, and the other to be used for drooling over guitars and socializing. Stay tuned to this channel for any updates, questions, and directions when the time comes. You can also PM me any time for any special concerns about the event.

I hope everybody can make it. :)

Now, let's turn to the music discussion! What are we gonna play?

Wondering, Kira, did the proprietor of the Studio give you a funny look when you said you wanted a "Quiet Room" for a Jam session :?:

And a big thumbs-up and kudos to you for your excellent job 8) 8) here in coordinating/promoting/cat-herding/etc for this first BARC Mini Con Jam :!: That was cool how everything fell into place :D once the momentum of the event started gathering steam ....

Darn - something came up on the 24th, but hopefully I will still be able to attend part of the event... :(

Personally, I'm hoping for a multi-bass jam - funk in E anyone? 8)
