I haven’t had a NGD like this in a long time, where I think about it at work and look at pictures of it multiple times a day. I have to say it is such a high quality product. I’ve never seen such attention to detail. My first and only guitar for many years was a jetglo 330 that I bought in 1995. I had to sell it in 2008 because I needed to get myself out of debt. I’m glad to be a Rickenbacker owner again.

I’m thinking of getting the Winfield 12 string bridge for it. I wonder if it will lose some of its character with that move. There must be some reason Pete Townsend wanted the stock bridge. I read that Rickenbacker asked him and that is what he preferred. I personally prefer a mastery on a Jazzmaster for all that it brings out in the instrument. Some say it takes the clanky character of the original bridge away from the Jazzmaster, so I wonder if the same holds for the Rickenbacker. Anyway, first world problems. If you do change to that bridge, do you need to get a new nut made?

Shouldn’t need a new nut cut for the 1993+.
However, I got a Winfield 12-saddle for my 350/12v63 and my poor luthier bud had to split atoms cutting the saddle slots to keep the spacing correct. (The bridge doesn’t come with the slots cut in the saddles.)

Dave's definitely has everyone beat on new Ric pricing, at least from my recent inquiries/purchases. Quick and free shipping, and great service as well

When I owned a 1993Plus for about four years, I’d purchased it from Dave’s. They are one of my favorite place to get guitars. Glad they made it easy for you.

I’ve been to his upstairs museum every time I’ve gone to the LaCrosse store. Going to Dave’s is an experience. I have a great time every time.
