If you pause the video at 2:17, you can see Paul playing his Ric bass

Yeah that's cool with the Ric Bass --- I don't recall seeing much footage or stills of the Ric Bass showing up much before during the Get Back sessions....

At the 2:17 mark, proof that Paul's bass was still with the psychedelic paint job. The back of the neck is clearly atill fireglo. But the more important thing is the proff that George wears a clown bow tie.

Not sure if this has been posted..
Footage of Lennon with Elton John at MSG, NY.
The film is silent and not the best quality but I've never seen anything except a few photos from this show.
I'm sure someone will eventually add link this to the audio that exists.

Paul's bass performance in this song is one of his best.
Wow, Paul playing Gibson EB-2. I have never seen that photo before. Check year 1963.

I have seen that picture, and read somewhere (here or another site) about it. All three Beatles' guitars are not theirs, but belonged to some other band in the same show. This was either a soundcheck or camera-angle-check and 1) their gear had not arrived or, 2) there was not enough time to get it all set up.
John must have thought that ES-335 felt absolutely MASSIVE compared to his little Ric.

It may have also been the inspiration for George to get his Strat roughly one and a half years later...
Some other things I noticed...at the lads' final UK concert in May 1966, George used his '64 Gibson SG for the first time in public, and had the 360/12NS for "If I Needed Someone", but according to the poor translation, the Rick "had some problems" and this picture reveals George fitting the capo to his SG...
I could see "IINS" on a Casino or even a Strat, but a distorted SG, that'd be an interesting combo!
Also, a great rare COLOR pic of John and the RoMo 1996
EDIT: John also did not use his 325 so often on the final UK tour of Dec. '65, but his '61 Strat!
